Tiffani Rae is a senior fashion stylist and creative director with over two decades of experience shaping brand identity across fashion, entertainment, and advertising. Her portfolio spans Fortune 500 companies, entertainment studios, and globally recognized talent—working with brands such as Dior, Walmart, L’Oréal, Cleobella, Amazon, and Reebok, as well as artists including Billie Eilish, Suki Waterhouse, Reba McEntire, Zella Day, productions under Paramount, Disney and beyond.

Her career has been built on translating identity through every medium, from styling individual talent to directing large-scale campaigns and entertainment marketing initiatives. She understands how to maintain brand coherence across platforms, audiences, and formats, ensuring every visual touchpoint communicates clearly and with intent.

As founder of Haute Data, Tiffani brings this deep fashion and brand fluency into the digital era. The company bridges creative direction and technology, helping brands modernize how they create, communicate, and scale storytelling. By merging stylist-level expertise with AI, 3D design, and virtual production, Haute Data delivers a forward-looking framework for brands to stay consistent, efficient, and relevant across channels.

MATYA

CO-FOUNDER 

Social, Messaging & Campaign Strategist

Matya brings over fifteen years of experience working across branding, digital marketing, and creative direction. She began her career in the music industry, where she was signed under Universal Music Group and worked closely with executives, artists, and creative teams. That environment taught her what it takes to build a lasting signature, trust, consistency, and an image that sells.

With a degree in digital marketing and having worked across agency and in-house environments for major brands including DirecTV and AT&T TV, as well as beauty brands connected to Ulta Beauty and ready to wear apparel. Her background also includes service and hospitality work supporting executive-level clients, including private catering and production environments tied to Warner Bros, giving her direct exposure to how brands earn trust at the very top.

Alongside this, she has a deep foundation in styling, costume design, and creative direction for musical projects, editorials, and cinema. Her visual work is informed by years studying and sourcing vintage archives across Paris and the West Coast, developing a sharp understanding of trend cycles, fit, garment construction, and how visual language communicates authority. Matya knows how trends are formed, and more importantly, how brands establish a recognizable point of view.

At Haute Data, she leads social, messaging, and campaign strategy. She sets direction for what brands say, how campaigns are structured, and how messaging stays aligned across social platforms, creators, e-commerce, email, and launch moments. Specializing in UGC and influencer-led campaigns as systems, she ensures creator output reinforces brand positioning. 

Matyas role is to create clarity under pressure: aligning language, campaigns, and creative direction so growth strengthens trust, recognition, and return. Understanding what it means to build for audiences who expect excellence, because she has spent her career working in environments where only the strongest brands endure.
